Onsite Insite billboards near “hottest” intersections

Onsite Insite’s billboards are within a few minutes of 3 of the Valley’s “hottest” intersections.

Excerpt from The Business Journal of Phoenix, August 29, 2007:

“Phoenix is at a crossroads.  Well, actually 10 crossroads according to a presentation made Wednesday night by the Urban Land Institute called ‘Ten of the Valley’s Hottest Intersections.’”

“The local chapter of ULI in cooperation with the various municipalities came up with what they think are the most exciting intersections in the metro area. . . .”

6 minutes west of our billboards:

Warner Road and Priest Drive in Tempe.  Ikea started the ball rolling with one of the highest performing stores in the international furniture retailer’s chain.  Nearby, the Emerald Design Center is attracting other design and furniture businesses.  New office space is nearby and there’s still a major parcel of land to develop.”

2 minutes east of our billboards:

Price and Willis Road in Chandler.  Another longstanding rural area is on tap for massive development and is slated to be a future light rail corridor.  If everything comes to fruition after several recent land sales, the area will be home to 2.4 million square feet of office, retail, flex and hotel space, along with residential components.”

7 minutes east of our billboards:

Val Vista Drive and Pecos Road in Gilbert.  There’s nothing there but potential, much like the intersection in Chandler noted above.  This one, however, is slated to be the home of the largest master-planned auto mall in the nation.  The developer of Kierland Commons in Scottsdale plans to create Main Street Commons, modeled in part on the successful neighborhood in north Scottsdale.  Other office and retail projects are in the pipeline.”
