Southeast Valley and Loop 202 star in the movie “The Kingdom”

Have you seen the movie ”The Kingdom”?  This modern-day action thriller stars Oscar winners Jaime Fox and Chris Cooper along with former ”Alias” star Jennifer Garner as members of an elite FBI team investigating a terrorist cell in Saudia Arabia.

The Kingdom” had scenes filmed just 8 minutes east of Onsite Insite’s billboards at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (formerly named Williams Gateway Airport) and ASU-Polytechic’s campus in southeast Mesa.  An elaborate set was built and blown up for the movie.

Onsite Insite billboard added to arsenal in hunt for serial rapist

Onsite Insite has donated a billboard to Silent Witness to help police catch a serial child rapist in Chandler.

The serial rapist has committed five sexual assaults against girls ages 12 to 14.  The first incident was on June 4, 2006.  The most recent was on June 6, 2007.  All of the victims were attacked inside their homes.

Police believe the same suspect is responsible for all of the attacks.  Police say all five attacks are linked through method of operation and suspect description.  Three attacks are linked through physical evidence.

Victims have described the rapist as a Hispanic male, 28 to 40 years old with a short and stocky muscular build, dark hair and hazel or brown eyes.  He speaks English and Spanish fluently and has been seen wearing tan pants and a blue short-sleeved shirt or “worker clothes.”

Police think the rapist could have attempted more.
